I orginally purchased this given that the box mentioned it helped hair, my hair is thinning, immediately after taking 1 capsule a day for 5 days I noticed a great improvement in breathing through my nose, it was so a lot easier, and my eyes and mouth did not seem as dry. I still do not know if it helps hair but I figure it can't hurt. and for the reason that it helped the nose, eyes and mouth I will continue to take it. I read you get Omega 7 from milk I have not had a glass of milk since I was pregant with my 30 year old son.
I told my son-in-law who has a lot of nose breathing issues about it and he also has had wonderful improvement by applying it.
I read about this product in the June 2007 concern of Prevention magazine. I am a little on the dry side (vaginal), so I thought I'd give it a try. I only use two caps a day to 1 and it does aid rather a bit (the bottle suggests up to 4 caps a day). It performs for me.
