I tried it and it did not do anything for me! I did not really feel any changes and did not see any weight lose. So I would not recommend this at all. I watched dr oz and that is why I bought it. I ended up acquiring the oil as an alternative and got superior final results all though they had been not for loosing weight but for my hair and skin. But this product did't function at all.
